Our Story
Dwil Concepts LLC is a product and consulting firm bringing innovative solutions to Law Enforcement services.
The focus of this project was always to FIND A BETTER WAY.
Work experience, instructing, personal contacts & interactions with Law Enforcement Officers, Corrections Officers, and security personnel have ultimately led to the focus and development of Dwil Concepts. Our plan; create a better platform for arrest and control procedures and ultimately become a resource for product development and subject control solutions.
On the product development side, our first battle towards accomplishing the mission is the common handcuff key. How can we instill confidence, prove reliability and make an officer’s job easier with such a small tool? Find a better way. A better material, a better design, a better manufacturing process. All are made here in the USA. Born on a blank page of a pocket calendar, the “T.L.C Key” has been developed over several years through passion, dedicated and creative partnerships, and a little luck.
